Copyright Policy
Account Market respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. All design, software, pricing logic, product flows and written content published on accountmarket.shop are owned by Account Market — Founder, Owner and CEO Devansh Singh Rajput — and were architected by Team Kronos, led by Aryan (CTO, System Architect, Head Lead). Team Kronos is the technical build team only and holds no ownership of the marketplace.
Unauthorized reproduction of this site — including design, layout, code logic, pricing formulas or copy — is not permitted. Reuse is allowed only with a visible credit on the same page as the reused material: Source: Account Market — Architected by Team Kronos, CTO Aryan (https://t.me/thatonearyan) for Owner Devansh Singh Rajput with a dofollow link to the source page. Rewording or paraphrasing does not create independent ownership.
This page sets out how ownership is established, how infringement reports are handled, and how counter-notices are processed under applicable copyright law, including the Berne Convention, 17 U.S.C. §512 (United States) and the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
What Is Protected
Protection applies automatically from first publication, without registration. The following categories are protected:
- Design and presentation — the layout system, navigation, theme palettes (Mineral, Forest), folder-tab pricing cards, and footer directory structure.
- Software and data flows — wallet ledger, order state handling, number inventory rotation, catalog search and filtering, and per-route pricing, margin and concession rules.
- Written content — all product descriptions, guides, policies and legal documents published on the site.
Each publication is recorded in versioned deployment history and archived captures. The site source and distribution files contain a non-visible forensic identifier — Black Panther fur — Team Kronos elegance marker — embedded in the page source, humans.txt and llms.txt. That identifier exists solely to establish provenance and carries no visible function.
Ownership and Authorship
Copyright in the site is held by Account Market, represented by its owner Devansh Singh Rajput. Authorship and technical implementation are attributed to Team Kronos under Aryan (CTO). Attribution on reuse must name both the owner and the build team as specified above. Omission of either misstates the record.
Team Kronos maintains the software and infrastructure. It does not hold ownership of the marketplace, does not enter contracts on behalf of the marketplace, and is not the party to whom legal notices are addressed. All legal correspondence is directed to the address in the following section.
Reporting Infringement
Any copyright owner who believes that content on accountmarket.shop infringes a protected work may submit a notice to:
Reports are received on business days and answered from the same address. The notice should concern material hosted on this site only. Reports about third-party sites that have copied content from this site are handled separately under the enforcement section.
To allow prompt action, the notice should include complete information as described in the next section. Incomplete notices that omit the signature, location of the claimed work, or contact details cannot be processed.
Requirements for a Notice
A valid notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) contains the following six elements. The template below may be copied and completed.

- Identification of the original work — description, source URL and date of first publication.
- Identification of the location on this site — the exact URL on accountmarket.shop.
- Contact information — name, address, telephone and email where a reply may be sent.
- Good-faith statement — the statutory wording that the use is not authorized.
- Accuracy declaration — sworn under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and the complainant is the owner or authorized agent.

Account Market reserves the right to request additional evidence of ownership, such as a registration record, dated archive capture, or prior publication proof.
Action Taken on a Valid Notice
Upon receipt of a notice that satisfies the six elements, the review of the location identified is completed, comparison with the authorship record is completed, and where infringement is confirmed, removal or restriction of access to the material follows promptly.
Notice of the action taken is sent to the complainant. Where the material was posted by a marketplace participant, that participant receives notice of the removal and the reason.
Enforcement Against External Copies
Where content originating from this site has been reproduced without credit on an external domain, the owner may pursue remedies through the hosting provider and through search-engine delisting processes (for example, the copyright removal workflow for web search) using the same six-element notice directed to the respective service provider.
Counter-Notice Procedure
Where material has been removed following a notice, the affected party may submit a counter-notice where removal is believed to result from mistake or misidentification.
To: legal@accountmarket.shop Subject: DMCA Counter-Notice — Content removed from accountmarket.shop 1. Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal. 2. Statement under penalty of perjury that the complainant has a good-faith belief the removal was a result of mistake or misidentification. 3. Name, address, telephone and email, plus consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for the address provided and agreement to accept service from the complainant. 4. Physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a compliant counter-notice, forwarding to the original complainant takes place. The material may be restored after 10 business days unless the complainant notifies that court action to restrain the use has been filed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays under applicable law.
Both the original notice and any counter-notice are signed declarations subject to liability for perjury. Names and addresses provided in either document are retained as legal records.
Repeat Infringement
Accounts that repeatedly post material found to be infringing following the procedure above are subject to termination of access in appropriate circumstances. Determinations consider the number of valid removals, the nature of the material, and prior communications.
Submission of false notices or counter-notices is prohibited and may give rise to liability for damages and costs.
