What you may do
Buying a product is a commercial act. It is not a licence to do anything, and the fact that a service is available does not make a use of it acceptable.
- Use a product for its intended purpose, on a target you are entitled to act on.
- Keep your own credentials and sessions under your own control, and protect your account properly.
- Report anything you believe breaks these rules, including activity you did not take part in.
- Ask for help when an order does not match what was promised.
What you may not do
These are prohibited, and they are prohibited across every product. A breach is grounds for suspending the account and for refusing a refund, and it may also be a matter for the relevant authorities.
- Fraud and financial deception. Including fake marketplaces, fake giveaways, fake investment opportunities and fake charities.
- Impersonation. Presenting yourself as another person or organisation, or making it look as though a statement came from somebody else.
- Harassment, intimidation and targeting. Using a product to reach, pressure, follow or threaten a specific person.
- Credential theft and unauthorised access. Including the use of a session, a one-time code or a password that is not yours.
- Evading safeguards. Working around a platform's controls, a rate limit, a review process or a safety system.
- Acquisition by deception or theft. Taking an account, a number or a service that was obtained by deceiving or coercing somebody else.
- Disproportionate or unlawful content. Content that is unlawful in the jurisdiction where it is produced or distributed.
- Misuse of private data. Publishing, selling or distributing delivery data, credentials or personal data obtained through Account Market.
Origin restrictions
Listings whose origin category indicates illegitimate acquisition are refused, not filtered. A supplier's decision to list something is not evidence that it was lawfully obtained, and a label such as personal or resale is not ownership evidence in itself. Where the origin of a listing is simply unknown, it is treated as unknown, and unknown means it is not offered.
The same restriction applies to accounts submitted for sale. You must be able to declare truthfully where the account came from, and a declaration that is later found to be untrue is a permanent bar.
How this is enforced
Enforcement is proportional and evidenced. A review may result in a listing being withdrawn, a refund being refused, an account being suspended or a referral to the relevant authorities. Where an account is suspended, the reason is given in writing, and a suspension for an automated signal that turns out to be wrong is reversible.
Access to a support-access session is read-only by construction, not by a hidden button. A support session cannot make a purchase, change a wallet or alter an order, and the server refuses those operations. The interface does not merely offer them..
Reporting and safe disclosure
Reports are made through the abuse channel and are handled in confidence. A report needs a reference, a description and a time, and it must not contain a password, a one-time password, a UPI PIN, a session file or a mailbox password. A report that contains credentials cannot be handled safely by anybody, so they are not accepted.
If you have already shared a credential, change the relevant password and revoke the relevant sessions first. That is faster than any investigation, and it stops the loss before the paperwork.
