Buyer reviews
Reviews from buyers of completed orders. There are none yet, and the rules below are the rules that will apply when there are.
How eligibility works
A review has to be tied to a real order, or it does not appear.
- The order has to exist and be yoursA review is created against one of your own completed orders. A review of a product you did not buy is not possible.
- The order has to be completeFinished, or resolved in a way you have accepted. An order still in flight cannot be reviewed, because there is nothing yet to review.
- The review is tied to that orderOne review per order. Editing it updates the existing review. It never adds another.
- It is moderatedReviews containing private delivery data, contact details, accusations that are not about the order, or text that identifies a third party are held or removed.
- It is never tied to a public linkA published review does not expose the order reference, the target, the phone number, the email address or a route to the delivery.
Reviews
Filtered and sorted, with an empty state that says so.
There are no reviews yet.
No order has been completed, so no review can be eligible, and no rating, average or testimonial is shown in its place. A page full of invented reviews would tell you nothing about the marketplace, and would be the first thing anybody would rightly distrust.

The rules, so nobody has to guess.
Never allowed in a review
- Delivery dataPhone numbers, session strings, email addresses, order references, links or any other way to reach a delivery.
- Contact detailsAn email address, a messaging handle or a phone number, yours or anybody else's.
- Unrelated accusationsClaims about a person or a business that are not about your own order. Those belong in the abuse channel, where they can be investigated.
- Private information about othersAnything that identifies a third party, including something a supplier told you in confidence.
A review is a statement about a transaction, published under a real account. That combination is what makes a review worth reading: the person writing it has a history, and Account Market can see the order behind it.
It is also why a review cannot be anonymous, and why it cannot be about a product the writer did not buy. Both of those turn a review into an advertisement or an accusation, not evidence.
