What you should never include in a report

Do not include a password, a banking one-time password, a UPI PIN, a session file, a session string, or a mailbox app password. You do not need to share private delivery data to make a report, and a report that contains credentials cannot be handled safely by anyone. Describe the problem and give the reference.

What can be reported

Five categories, each with the fields that make it actionable.

Abuse report categories and the fields each one needs

  • A reference if you have one

What happens after you report

Four steps, and none of them involve you chasing anything.

  1. The report is logged with a referenceYou are given a reference. It is the only thing you need in a follow-up, and it is never a secret.
  2. It is classifiedA reviewer decides which category it falls into and whether it needs an order record checked first.
  3. It is acted onA listing can be withdrawn, an order reviewed, an account suspended, or a report closed with a reason. Not every report leads to action, and you will be told which happened.
  4. You are told the outcomeWhere it is safe to do so. Some investigations cannot be discussed in detail because they involve another party's account.
Reporting does not create a refund

A report is an investigation, not a claim. Refunds follow the refund principles for the specific product, and are decided on the order record and the evidence for that order. If you need a refund as well as a report, say so in the report, and it is handled as a separate decision against the order.

If somebody has already taken something from you

The order of things matters here.

If your account credentials or a session have been exposed, the first step is to change the two-factor password on the affected account and revoke its other active sessions. That is faster than any investigation, and it stops the loss before the paperwork.

Then report it, with the order reference if there is one. If money is involved, contact your bank as well, because a report to this platform does not freeze a payment and only your bank can do that.
