Independence
Account Market is an independent marketplace. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with or operated by any social platform, messaging platform, payment provider or supplier whose products appear in it. Any resemblance in naming, category or function is incidental.
The fact that a product appears here says nothing about that platform's approval of it, and the platforms' own terms continue to apply to their products after delivery, entirely unaffected by the fact that they were bought here.
What we cannot promise
This platform does not control the accounts, numbers, services and platforms it lists. It therefore makes no claim about, and cannot warrant:
- that an account will continue to work, or that a platform will not restrict it;
- that a number will receive a message, or within any particular time;
- that a service will complete, or complete within any particular time or to any particular result;
- the existence, accuracy or completeness of a catalogue, a count or a price published by a supplier;
- that a third party's own policies will remain unchanged after delivery.
Where a capability is a matter of documented contract, not of measurement, it is described as documented. Where it is a matter of measurement, it is described with the measurement window. Where it is neither, it is described as unverified, and it is not presented as a feature.
Availability and accuracy
No inventory, price, count or success rate is published on this site while the corresponding connection is inactive. When a connection is active, a count published by a supplier is a supplier report and is labelled as such, and it is not a reservation. A price shown is the price of a specific quote, valid for the period that quote states.
Product descriptions, service names and catalogue text are cleaned of supplier branding and decorative characters before they are shown. If a description is incomplete, it is shown incomplete.
Third-party services and accounts
Products delivered by a third party are subject to that third party's terms, enforcement and technical decisions, in addition to these terms. Where a third party acts, the buyer should read that third party's terms, and this platform does not restate them as though it controlled them.
Nothing in these terms grants any permission in respect of a third party's platform. A purchase is a commercial transaction between the buyer and this platform, and the buyer remains responsible for how the product is used.
Content and accuracy
The written material on this site is provided for general information about how the products work, what the risks are and what the terms are. It is not legal, financial or security advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice that is specific to your situation.
Where this site describes a risk, a limitation or an exclusion, that description is given in good faith and in as much detail as the current configuration allows. It is not a warranty, and the terms that govern any actual transaction are the ones that apply to that transaction.
Domain and identity
This site currently operates on a hosting domain. A permanent domain has not been registered. When one is, the canonical address, the sitemap, the robots rules, the transactional callbacks and every link in an email or a message are migrated together, and the previous address redirects to the new one.
The business name, the registered entity and the support channels are published in the terms and the support page once they are confirmed. Until then, no unverified identity is presented, and this disclaimer is not a substitute for one.
