A market needs checked supply
Account buyers are protected by the fact that the seller had to declare where the account came from. That protection is worthless if the declaration is not checked, and it cannot be checked if nobody is asked.
An account you lawfully own, reviewed by a person, credited to your wallet if it is accepted. Nothing here is automatic, and nothing here is a promise of a price.
Selling an account is only acceptable when the account is yours and yours to sell. This page is built around that requirement. The eligibility rules below are enforced, and a false provenance declaration is a permanent bar, not a warning.
Five steps, and the state of your submission is always visible.
Five conditions, all of which you must be able to state yes to. They are not a formality; two of them are the reason the scheme works at all.
Account buyers are protected by the fact that the seller had to declare where the account came from. That protection is worthless if the declaration is not checked, and it cannot be checked if nobody is asked.
A rejected submission costs you the review time, not the account. It stays yours. Attempting to disguise a problem to get past review is what turns a rejection into a ban.
Every condition, and what happens if it is not met.
| Condition | What it means | What happens if it is not met |
|---|---|---|
| You are the lawful owner | The account must be yours. Not borrowed, not rented, not acquired from a source you cannot account for. | Submission requires you to declare this. A false declaration is grounds for permanent refusal. |
| You hold the credentials | You can sign in to the account now, and you can produce the login code. | An account you cannot access cannot be reviewed, and cannot be credited. |
| No third-party target | The account is not used by, or on behalf of, another person or organisation. | A shared or sponsored account is outside the scheme entirely. |
| The account is clean | It is not currently restricted, flagged or under any platform investigation. | A restricted account cannot be valued, and selling one is a way of losing the money, not making it. |
| No session resale history | The account has not been passed between owners in a way that makes its history unreadable. | Account Market can refuse a submission whose history it cannot establish. |
These conditions are checked by a reviewer. A submission that fails them is rejected with a stated reason, not silently discarded.
Five states, and only one of them changes a balance.
| State | What it means | What it does not mean |
|---|---|---|
| Submitted | Your submission and its metadata are recorded. Nothing has been reviewed yet. | The account is not credited and cannot be credited from this state. |
| Under review | A reviewer is checking the submission against the eligibility rules. | The outcome is not yet decided, and the price is not yet fixed. |
| Approved | The submission has been accepted. The agreed credit is recorded against the order. | Approval is a decision, not a payment event. The ledger entry follows. |
| Rejected | The submission did not meet the rules. The reason is recorded and shown to you. | The reason is specific. A rejected submission can be resubmitted only if the underlying facts change. |
| Credited | The credit has been applied to your wallet as a ledger entry. | The only state that changes a balance, and it is always a visible ledger entry. |
Agreed at review, and the inputs are published.
The value of an account is a function of how usable it is and how likely it is to stay usable. Country, age, health, whether credentials are present and what format the session comes in are the inputs. The reviewer applies the current schedule to those inputs.
The schedule is an owner decision and it can change. It is published before it is applied, and a submission is valued at the schedule in force when it is approved, not when it was submitted. That is a fairness choice: you are not penalised for the time a submission sat in a queue, and you are not advantaged by submitting before a change you dislike.
